中友会 Zhong You Hui, Friends of Chinese Immersion, supports the Chinese Immersion Programs at Scenic Park Elementary (K-5), Begich Middle School (6-8), and Bartlett High School (9-12) in Anchorage, Alaska.

Chinese Immersion Schools
In order for your student to join Scenic Park Chinese Immersion you must fill out a form for the Lottery:
Kindergarten - first semester of 1st Grade - may apply without any knowledge of Chinese. After the first semester of 1st Grade, students may apply but must test into the program with knowledge of Chinese meeting the understanding of their current grade level, reach out to the school for this option.
Spring lottery opens for parents on February 1, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year
Spring lottery closes for applications on March 19, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
Spring lottery runs March 20, 2026
Parent notifications released March 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Need to accept within 72 hours.
